We worked hard to build a patient-focused environment that enables us to deliver better care for our patients. We tracked our patient problems, formulated our actions and built our policies, procedures and protocols to solve them and meet their needs. 

We evaluated our performance and operations in relation to our patients’ experience, comments and satisfaction, detected the gaps and educated our staff and built our manpower accordingly.
